A simple desk from Paul McCobb’s Planner Group for Winchendon. This one is in decent shape, but needs a little work on the interior of the right drawer. It’s also missing a knob, but I don’t think they are terribly hard to find $375. The red seventies lamp is $40; the chair is one of four birch dining chairs with new fabric, $275 for the set.

Those are the buzz words, but this is not your run of the mill modern sideboard. With its incised diamond pattern, this Norwegian beauty is distinctive. Solid teak, three drawers on top and the doors open onto shelving. Quality brass key hardware. 17 inches deep, 79 inches long, $825.

The contrast of the painted iron with the stainless steel top makes this a perfect accent piece for almost any decor. With wheels, a drawer, a shelf, a little towel bar and some kind of clip thing, it would work great in the kitchen, bedroom or bathroom. $145

Nothing revolutionary here, but one of my favorites. The wood protruding off the base just slightly helps give it a nice, solid, clean look. Works well as both a table and a bench. $425
